$82.1 million jury verdict in Delaware state court on behalf of a private equity firm alleging that an acquired company’s most senior financial officer fraudulently manipulated revenue and EBITDA, inflating the purchase price by tens of millions of dollars.
Trade Secrets and Severance
Represented newly formed company and its employees accused of solicitation in violation of employment agreements and theft of trade secrets; represented executives in arbitrations against former employer seeking severance; after winning months-long stay of discovery of client in federal court, negotiated global settlement of lawsuit and arbitrations.
