Prison and Jail Sexual Assault
Sexual assault behind bars occurs far too often. Our team has successfully litigated numerous cases involving sexual assault by guards or other prisoners.
We know how to navigate complications of defendants charged criminally and defenses of consent, among others. We also have experience navigating the complexities of pursuing accountability not just against the individual who perpetrated the assault, but also the officials or institution who permitted the abuse to occur by turning a blind eye to the pervasive problem of sexual assault behind bars.
